About Us
Peter and Audrey Jakobsen are a Danish/English couple who established their villa rental business "Provence Seasons" in 2003. After moving to France and searching for an exciting property, they bought The Apple Orchard in 2002. "We recognised its potential, the incredible garden and sheer size of the property and decided to combine a lifestyle of having a family whilst renovating a property.
For over 20 years The Apple Orchard has been rented as a holiday villa to families and friends from all over the world..
With our boys having grown up in France and now exploring the world themselves, we have decided to live in one smaller part of the house ourselves, and rent the two established apartments on the ground floor. Both of these apartments sleep 4 people in each, with private outdoor spaces and shared use of the pool and pool area. We welcome the opportunity to meet everyone who visits, to share an apperitif out by the pool, or to leave guests to their enjoy their own privacy.

By living on site, on the first floor, Peter and Audrey are there to manage The Apple Orchard first hand, to keep up all its maintenance requirements and solve any immediate problems. This gives clients the reassurance of knowing that we are directly linked to the property and there to help them if they need it. When we are away ourselves travelling, guests can have the benefit of the outdoor area all to themselves!
